Nathaniel Miller, Jr., On-site Project Manager

• Nathaniel Miller, Jr. brings a new generation of leadership and vision to Extreme Concrete Construction LLC. A graduate of Texas A&M University–Commerce with a Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing, he joined the family business after graduation and has spent the past several years gaining hands-on experience in the construction industry while learning from his father, the company's founder. Combining a strong business background with a commitment to quality service, Nate Jr. is focused on helping the company continue its growth while building lasting relationships with clients and partners. He is passionate about family, Texas football, and carrying forward the values that established the business and is excited to help shape its future for generations to come. 

Savanna Morgan, Administrative Assistant

• Savanna Morgan is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame with a B.A. in Film, Television, and Theatre. She serves as the Administrative Assistant for Extreme Concrete Construction LLC, bringing a diverse background in publishing, arts administration, and entrepreneurial project management. After several years working in international creative and cultural organizations, she returned home to support the continued growth of the family business and contribute her experience in operations, communications, and client relations. Drawing on a global perspective and a strong commitment to community, Savanna helps strengthen the company's administrative foundation while supporting its long-term vision. She is proud to be part of a family legacy built on hard work, resilience, and service.

Morris Lathan, Engineer 

• Morris H. Layton, P.E. is a valued engineering partner to Extreme Concrete Construction, working alongside our team to deliver safe, durable, and code-compliant solutions for clients throughout Texas. As Founder and President of Levi Jay & Associates, Inc., he brings over twenty years of experience in civil and structural engineering, including foundation evaluations, forensic investigations, drainage analysis, permitting support, and construction inspections. His practical expertise and commitment to quality have made him a trusted collaborator on projects ranging from residential foundations to complex commercial developments.
